We grow our produce without the use of chemicals or sprays, using reduced tillage techniques and with the bees and bird life in mind.  Our market garden is very human powered and we grow on less than an acre with the help of one grow tunnel/hoophouse.  Our warm summers here in New Ross allow us to grow a nice variety of tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, greens, kale, swiss chard, garlic, onions, squash, corn, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, beets, beans, peas as well as a variety of herbs and flowers.  We now have several bee hives and produce a small quantity of honey for sale.  We will be starting to offer veggies in late June.
